I wanted to use Seabird as an opportunity to learn the oceans and continents in addition to following Seabird on his world travels. This guide has a list of what to label for each reading. I drew Seabird’s journey on a map for reference and included it as well.

We did not make it all the way through Tree in the Trail with M in Year 2 so I decided to replace it for Em. I wanted to read a book that would still cover similar geography with Em, so I chose Pike of Pike’s Peak by Nina Brown Baker. It was an interesting adventure story that I enjoyed reading. This book is available for free at Archive.org. The reading guide includes:
